PAPA! I discovered that I am very comfortable in the kitchen and I also find it to be therapeutic for me! I can bless family and friends with an awesome variety of Culinary meals for the Soul made with love intentionally from my heart.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I have plenty of favorites, but one dish that stands out is Duck Breast or Duck Hind Quarter, served with fresh oven-roasted Yukon potatoes. I always pair it with my go-to vegetable, which is either sautéed baby spinach or asparagus, depending on my guests’ preferences.
What would you do with the $25,000?I will completely invest in myself to fulfill my vision of helping families, especially single parents, with meals daily. All in one food bank clothing for job search for everything that a family needs to be able to function in society due to the economic issues that are going on in this world at this time!
