Who inspires me was my wella she was always in the kitchen cooking for everyone everyday i was in the kitchen with her for as long as i can remember. The what, I am inspired to cook by everyone i cook for i love to see them light up as they taste my food even if its not to someones liking im always happy to improve and take criticism
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Aroz con pollo because it makes feel as if my wella and wello are with me they were called home before i was able to cook for them but i know they would be proud
What would you do with the $25,000?I would get a food truck and leave my job so i could feed the people and express myself through my art, my food .
