Receive Text UpdatesMy late mother inspired me to start cooking. She would always make these amazing Louisiana dishes for our family and now I find enjoyment in continuing to cook for my family to keep us connected through love and food!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all time favorite dish to make is a Louisiana gumbo made with roux from scratch. I love to add smoked tasso and andouille sausage to my gumbo to give it a down home southern flavor that takes me back to my Louisiana roots!!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to use the money to help start a family catering company. I would also love to travel to a few countries to experience their culinary traditions and incorporate them in my southern recipes to create fusion dishes for people to enjoy!
