Receive Text UpdatesMy culinary journey is shaped by the flavors I love and the spices that excite me. It stems from my training at Le Cordon Bleu and the cravings of my family and friends. I look up to the creativity of Chefs Hubert Keller, Jacques Pepin, and Jeff Smith for inspiration. With every dish I prepare, I attempt to tell a story and bring together passion and tradition in all of my culinary creations.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?One of my favorite culinary creations is what I refer to as Cabbage O’s, which many know as Cabbage Rolls, Golumpki, Golabki, or Sarma among other names. This dish has great spices and tender cabbage with a savory stuffing, resulting in inviting aromas that waft through the kitchen. The satisfaction of seeing delighted family members relish each bite adds to the experience of preparing this traditional family favorite. Cooking Cabbage O’s truly transforms the dining experience.
What would you do with the $25,000?My $25,000 plan is…First, I'll invest in new kitchen equipment to elevate my culinary creations. Next, I'll explore exotic ingredients that will add depth and flavor to my dishes. Most exciting, I'll explore creating a cable access show celebrating food heritage! I want to interview grandparents and family cooks, showcasing the rich history of our culinary traditions. It's all about honoring our culinary heritage and ancestry.
