What's your all time favorite dish to make?There are so many, but I would have to say my baked red snapper with a white wine herbed butter sauce.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start a small little restaurant that focuses on local Farm to table with traditional dishes and weekly trends, while accommodating the local artists by showcasing local artisans work which incidentally would be for sale and create an ever changing design in decor to the restaurant.
