Who or what inspires you to cook?

My love and inspiration come from my customers—they are the catalyst for my passion. I strive to give them the best by cooking with love and dedication, using beautiful, fresh, local ingredients. Their appreciation fuels my creativity, pushing me to create dishes that truly stand out

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

I don’t have a favorite dish—I love using fresh vegetables to reinvent traditional dishes like paella and other Spanish-inspired cuisine. My cooking is deeply rooted in my culture and upbringing, blending tradition with creativity and the best local ingredients to create vegan cuisine.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to expand my restaurant and invest in the future of my business. This opportunity would allow me to grow and evolve in my vegan culinary journey, enhancing my offerings and reaching more people with my passion for plant-based cuisine.
