What's your all time favorite dish to make?I don’t have a favorite dish—I love using fresh vegetables to reinvent traditional dishes like paella and other Spanish-inspired cuisine. My cooking is deeply rooted in my culture and upbringing, blending tradition with creativity and the best local ingredients to create vegan cuisine.
