My mom, Chris Hunter, has always been my inspiration to create beautiful and delicious food. Watching her create smiles with food, was the first step in leaping towards the culinary field.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Overall, pasta. Making pasta from scratch helps me come to my senses, and, lights up my taste buds. Creating something so simple, yet so complex is fascinating to me. However, the world of Japanese cuisine is absolutely astonishing.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put it straight towards building a fresh pasta business, that can double as a network for people trying to learn the fundamentals of cooking, as well as serving to the community for those who need a meal.
