Who or what inspires you to cook?

A lot of my inspiration comes from my mother .. as a child growing up watching her cook for me and my brothers .. I was always fascinated by the aromas clinging through the air while I would be downstairs in my room waiting for dinner to be ready .. always so curious as to how she is making these dishes , as I grew older I started to replicated a lot of the dishes my mom would cook for us and it sort of just came naturally.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Italian food is my favourite cuisine and I am an ultimate pasta lover .. pasta has and always will be a staple in the kitchen at home .. if I had to choose a favourite pasta dish to make it would be a fettuccine pescatore , mussels , clams , shrimps , scallops and some squid in a nice rich tomato sauce

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I were to win 25,000 dollars I would donate most of it to the Canadian cancer society for research in non Hodgkin lymphoma cancer .. 2 years ago this terrible disease took my father away from me and my family , I know he is still with me through my culinary journey and my family as well , but he pushed me to go to culinary school to persue my passion in life , which is cooking .. and I know he would be so proud of me right now knowing how far I have come in this industry
