What's your all time favorite dish to make?I don't think I could pick one. I love cooking ethnic. I love cooking authentic at home dishes. I love cooking to suit the crowd I am serving. If I absolutely had to choose, it would be something from the land. Something I've harvested, grown and married together. A venison tenderloin, seasoned and spiced to perfection, garden squash, a tomato chutney and jalapeno creama to finish. Simple, yet delicious.
What would you do with the $25,000?The money would go towards starting a family. My wife and I would use the funds to pay for IVF through the fertility clinic. We're desperate to start a family, and this money would be such a blessing to begin our journey.
