Receive Text UpdatesI am inspired by the many trips my wife and have taken around the world. I also enjoy watching amazing cooking shows and reading magazines and cookbooks. Also, living in the San Francisco Bay Area has afforded me a front row seat to some of the most amazing chefs and restaurants in the world!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Anything Italian I'd say. I love making homemade pasta, so maybe tagliatelle with a short rib ragu or a bolognese sauce. My wife loves my chicken marsala with roasted garlic mashed potatoes. I use a little marscapone and fresh herbs in my sauce to make it more luxurious.
What would you do with the $25,000?Perhaps a few things. I could use the money to travel in order to further add to my food knowledge. I would also use some to pay for more formal culinary training. My wife and I started a small "Supper Club" a couple of years ago and this money would definitely kick start that project, perhaps leading to a brick-and-mortar restaurant some day!
