Receive Text UpdatesMy grandmother and mother at a young age inspired me to become a chef. It wasn’t until college did I find myself and a career in the culinary arts. After recently losing my mother, I am more than ever inspired to continue her legacy through my journey!
What's your all time favorite dish to make? It’s my wife’s favorite thing to eat that I make, and it’s a duck breast dish I served her, which emerged onto a menu young into my career. Served with leek fondue & gastrique. The duck of course was served crispy skinned, after basting, glazing and slicing.
What would you do with the $25,000?This feels like such a wonderful opportunity. The first thing that comes to mind is making sure our family feels secure and happy. Put some aside for both my wonderful children’s future and I would also love to do something special together, create a really nice memory for all of us – maybe a little trip we've always dreamed of!
