I’m inspired to cook not only going by what sounds good, but to look for comfort. I’ll recreate things my mom or grandmothers made while they were alive. I also use food as a love language, either at holidays or just at home during the week.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love to make so many things that it’s hard to choose, but if you are forcing me to pick, it would be my macaroni and cheese. It’s versatile, it’s wholesome, and it contains more cheese than Wisconsin.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to feed the hungry in my community, both human and animal. I have an over abundance of things at my home, and I make a good living. I think giving a large sum to Blessings in a Backpack is on the menu so school kids that would normally go hungry have food for the weekends.
