What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love making my own smoked meats and traditional barbecue dishes, but I also enjoy making homemade pizzas and creamy pasta dishes finished with creme brulee for dessert
What would you do with the $25,000?Open my pizza business and share my years of perfecting my dough and my sauce with my community. I would love to sell my pizza at local events and give back to the area that has inspired me to keep pushing in my food career.
