My dad was a supper club chef—my first hero. At five, he brought me into his kitchen. The smell of garlic toast baking hooked me for life. Then he handed me a yellow onion. I peeled, cried like crazy, and he laughed until he couldn’t breathe. That day, he taught me the kitchen is full of joy, pain, and purpose. He’s gone now, but his lessons live in every dish. When I saw “make onions cry,” I knew—it was time to cook with heart and make him proud. ♥️😇
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My favorite dish to make is a “Mixed Grill” — a feast that fires on all cylinders. Think juicy, steaks, tender chops, smoky sausages, and perfectly grilled chicken, all piled high beside roasted summer veggies, buttery herbed red potatoes, and a fresh garden salad. Add bold, homemade condiments bursting with flavor, and you’ve got a show-stopping spread that turns every guest into a fan. It’s colorful, crave-worthy, and an amazing culinary experience.
