My dad and my Grand daddy , I grew up helping in the kitchen (stirring pots and sneaking cocktail shrimp). It always brought a sense of peace and function to our little family, and I still carry that.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Mac and cheese. No matter how many times my recipe changes, people always smile when they eat it.
What would you do with the $25,000?I want to start a catering company and bring some of the wonderful people I've met and worked with along. Like most, I've met a lot of good people with bad circumstances. I'd love to run a business that takes just as much care of them as they do others.
