Connect Who or what inspires you to cook?

The main thing that Inspires me to cook is mainly the memory of my Grandfather. Him and my uncle had a restaurant here in my hometown when I was younger. I've always noticed how good food brings people together as a family so that plays a huge part as well. Also the fact that I can represent all other women striving to be great in a male dominated field just gives me so much motivation to push myself to the next level

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

This is so hard for me to answer because there are so many different combinations that can be created with food. If I had to narrow it down it would be Cajun Chicken Alfredo and Broccoli Cheddar & Potato Soup. These have been the things that have been the most popular with family and family friends. I also love doing my Sweet Potato Cheesecake bake sale every year from November to NYE. I also love making various punches with fresh fruit. The versatility that comes with food is never boring!

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would first put money to the side for my handsome twin boys. I want to make sure I continue to make investments that would be great for their future. I would also continue to minimize debt in order to prepare to open my food truck business. I would also meet with a financial advisor in order to be knowledgeable about the best route to go in order for my food truck to be profitable. By doing all these things I feel like it would make the most of the money given as opposed to being frivolous.
