My inspiration to cook is my grandmother at the age of six after tragically losing my mom I moved from NYC to PR, and at that age is when I started discovering my culture,watching my grandmother Cook for us and for a living She taught me how to be creative, and most of all passionate of what I do I wouldn’t be where I’m at today if it wasn’t for herI’m truly blessed to bring my culture ElSaborlatinodearroyo
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all-time favorite dish to make it’s a stew chicken with grape juice And white rice with plantains I also love making my pasteles & Alcaporia
What would you do with the $25,000?If I ever win,I would love to have my own food truck in honor of my grandmother who can’t cook anymore due to bad health conditions and the rest I will like to make a foundation for those who are in need of food no one should ever go a day without eating
