My aunt inspired me to have a love for pastry and cake decorating. I remember making my birthday cakes with her when I was a little kid, decorating cakes became my peace. I went to school for baking and pastry arts, started working in the kitchen, then I learned to cook in the kitchen.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Cake of any kind, but I love making chocolate cake. For savory foods, I can cook meat but I do not eat it. I love cooking vegetables or tofu.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to open my own food truck. I've always wanted to have my own business and would love to start with a food truck.
