What inspires me to cook is the thought that generations of cultures have collided together, and I am one of the chosen to be born at this pinnacle of time where I can grab a dash of Japanese, and a pinch of French, a slice of moroccan, a piece of Italian, Irish, Ethiopian, or southern American cuisine and mix it all together in the fire of modernity that chars are memories together; I cook to remember the past while I prepare the future dish.
