What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all time favorite dish to make is Cioppino, as its always been a special dish I make for my mom on her birthday and mother’s day. However, I am drawn to flavors all around the Mediterranean, from Spanish to Middle Eastern to North African.
What would you do with the $25,000?I will use it to help with the start-up of my food truck. It’s one of my biggest dreams to get on the road and bring my food to you.
