Receive Text UpdatesThere are so many chefs that they inspired me for being a cook but my mom is ideal chef. There is something special about her taking simple ingredients and transforming them into something meaningful delicious and great presentation. Her kitchen is always organized and clean. This is all about art and put love while you cook something.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?There are so many favorite dish to make but there is one simple dish that I always like to make called " SHAKSHUKA" It is an easy, healthy meal of the Middle East and North Africa. It’s a simple combination of simmering tomatoes, olive oil, peppers, onions, garlic, commonly spiced with cumin, paprika and cayenne pepper and gently poached eggs.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I win $25,000, I’d probably invest in learning even more, maybe upgrade my knowledge on global cuisines, food science, and new cooking techniques. I will also open a virtual restaurant where I share recipes, cooking tips, and food stories
