The overall challenge of the day to day of this industry from staffing people to just making amazing food consistently. As far as who inspires me I would say my family. My fiancé pushes to be better ever day and I strive to be a man my 2 boys can look up too.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?It’s funny but I find that I enjoy cooking the simple things one of my favorite dishes would be fried chicken with some amazing side like collard greens and cornbread.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would more than likely use it for a down payment for a bigger place for my family.
