Cooking was our way of bonding, and she showed me how to cook with love, creativity, and resourcefulness. Those moments sparked my passion for food, and to this day, I carry her lessons with me in every dish I make!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all-time favorite dish to make is something super simple, like a classic pasta marinara or salmon with tomatoes. There’s something so satisfying about taking just a few fresh ingredients and turning them into something delicious. It’s quick, comforting, and always hits the spot. They remind me that great food doesn’t have to be complicated, it just has to be good.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d use it to grow my food community and brand. I’d invest in my cookbook and supper club, creating unforgettable dining experiences that bring people together over amazing meals. I’d also put resources into elevating my content, from better equipment to collaborations, helping me expand my reach. Most importantly, I’d use this opportunity to build something lasting, where food, culture, and connection thrive in a way that’s both delicious and meaningful.
