Receive Text UpdatesMy father always loved cooking, he was an advocate of following your gut and taste buds to create the best dish, even if that meant deviating from the recipe. After his passing, cooking for my family during the holidays is a way I like to channel my inner 'Ruben' and create memories like he always did.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I make a mean meat sauce...my grandmother's recipe, but like my father, I added in my own twist. It's my go-to for lasagnas, pizzas, pastas or even just to have on the side!
What would you do with the $25,000?The boring answer is to help pay off my student loans, with that I could be in a better financial place and start to save so I can travel and experience different dishes in different countries. The exciting answer is to go to Europe and eat and drink as much as possible!
