Receive Text UpdatesEntertaining. When you have people over for a meal, it's a demonstration of your love for them. The notion of an individual enjoying every element of the "experience" of your home is what inspires me the most.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Sicilian style Lasagna, as originated by my Grandmother. Sauce should be orange in color, seasoned appropriately and red wine should NEVER be used. Meatballs are made first (via a specific procedure) - and then broken up into each layer of the lasagna, as opposed to just cooking down ground beef. Utilizing both fresh and low moisture mozzarella is key, as is not overusing ricotta. Ensuring ricotta is seasoned appropriately is also important.
What would you do with the $25,000?I am a Clinical Psychotherapist and helping others heal is a passion of mine. I also Produce Film. I would first and foremost choose a charity to donate a percentage of the money to, produce my next film, pay off some debts and of course, travel to Italy.
