My inspiration to cook is my family and friends. The best way to be close to someone is to either cook together or cook for them, you give them a little bit of your heart and soul with each dish.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Chile Colorado with Rice and Beans.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to pay for culinary school and take my next step into a career that will not only fulfill my creativity but my passion for food and the rich histories that come from different cultures and their traditions. To be able to create dishes that will leave people speechless would be an amazing experience.
