Whew. Well first my Ma. She taught me everything I know. Then my Grandma. When I was 14 I was in her kitchen in new York. She found out I loved to cook and she actually let me help her for a bit before she passed. So when I cook I think I'm closest to both of them.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Well it's a dish I saw Chef G. Garvin make when I was 13. It's Alaskan halibut with shrimp and a cherry tomato sauce. I've been perfecting it over the years. Also anything seafood. Although I'm love to cook anything. Seafood is my favorite thing to cook.
What would you do with the $25,000?25000 would finally get me a way to get my own food trailer or truck. I've always wanted to start something on my own where I can share my love of food with everyone. If I had anything else take my family on a vacation that they deserve.
