What's your all time favorite dish to make?Has to be one of the first my mom taught me: chicken Parmesan. I also equally loved eggplant Parmesan, especially when roasted over the fire and flattened out. I’m not Italian but I sure do love this dish.
What would you do with the $25,000?Lead gen strategies (ads, partnerships, local activations, etc) and extra hands (chef hands and operational hands) + plus paying for the additional kitchen hours and storage at our commercial kitchen to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently and we have the right people on board to continue growing organically with our brand positioning and multiple verticals, ie meal prep, dinner parties, traditional catering, micro weddings, etc
