She could turn a few simple ingredients into something so delicious & spectacular before your eyes. She ran a small boarding house to make ends meet.My grandfather passed away when I was only six months old so Nan had to be creative to make an income.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Gosh I really don’t have a favourite dish to make I love a challenge to make a new dish . My adult children love a dish I’ve tweaked over the years made with a salmon filet . I marinate it in a mixture of maple syrup ( I now use honey because we have our own honey bees🫢🥰) and I make a mixture of Cajun spices & I always use Mount Gay extra old Rum from Barbados. They all love it & most of them don’t like fish 🤣,
What would you do with the $25,000?Well I really don’t know. Perhaps put it towards a trip to Italy with my husband .
