Who or what inspires you to cook?

I am a naturally curious person and cooking is the perfect outlet for my curiosity. From cooking new ingredients to seeing how many different ways you can make cook a potato or a mushroom I am driven by my curiosity and determination to create the perfect bite

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

That's an impossible question to answer, I am still learning to cook new things and I am always finding new dishes and techniques. For me cooking is about techniques and how you can translate them to different ingredients, cooking is not about following a recipe

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won the $25,000 I would add an outdoor patio to our restaurant so we can enjoy the Cleveland summers to full potential!!
