Receive Text UpdatesMy mother and my grandma both use to start cooking very early at 5 am , where they make fresh tortillas and making a fresh meal for the family; they would even take days to make mole, in which it inspired me to cook and continue the tradition.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Mole Is a dish with a lot of ingredients about 30 plus traditional Mexican ingredients And seeing everyone’s different recipes of mole are very unique and special to see. But my mother taught me a family recipe of making mole which I love. You spend days even weeks making mole, its vary hard working dish to make But at the end , seeing the people enjoying themselves Makes my heart happy and want to do it all over again and again
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to open up a taqueria Or small place where I can create delicious recipes , keep the tradition of a great mole and regional Mexican dishes.
