Who or what inspires you to cook?

My mother is my biggest inspiration—her drive and determination when selling food were unstoppable. I carry that same passion and dedication in my own journey.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Enchiladas Poblano are a rich and flavorful Mexican dish featuring corn tortillas filled with shredded chicken, beef, or cheese, then smothered in a creamy, slightly smoky poblano pepper sauce. The sauce, made from roasted poblano peppers, cream, and spices, gives the dish a velvety texture and a mild yet deep flavor. Topped with melted cheese, crema, and sometimes fresh herbs, these enchiladas offer a perfect balance of warmth, spice, and comfort in every bite.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d open my first kitchen, streamlining Dollie’s Kitchen to serve more people and build my brand. This space would help me perfect my craft, expand catering, and take a major step toward launching my dream—owning a fleet of lunch trucks. These trucks would bring fresh, nourishing meals to the community, creating job opportunities and growing my business. This funding is the key to turning my passion into a thriving, mobile food empire.
