When I was 22 years old I remember I was so worried what I would like to be in life,i remember one day I told myself cook is what I love cause when I’m sad I run to kitchen to keep myself busy,when im happy I want to celebrate and cook for all my friends a delicious and fancy dinner,I love this I enjoy this with all my heart,after that I never change my mind and I keep working on growing my knowledge in the gastronomy industry.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I don’t think that I can mention just single dish,is I love to create flavor,I love to play a lot on my kitchen,but I had to admit it that when I learn how to make bread I really enjoy the magic of flour,eggs and water and I think I did love that.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’m single mother and is being hard to start mu own business life always being ups and downs,so if I get the 25,000 o can start with my food truck,start from there cause I know I’ll be big in this industry and I will have one day my cooking tv show and my restaurant my biggest dream.
