My mother Debera from Seoul Korea, my grandmother from Memphis Tennessee rest and peace her soul Mary Malone. But, most of all my 5 year old daughter Amelia inspires me the most she loves to watch and get hands on creating memories right in our kitchen!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all time favorite dish to make would be soul food. That good ol country cooking Pot roast dinner with potatoes & carrots. With side dishes Mac and cheese, Yams , Collard greens, and cornbread. Can’t forget dessert Peach cobbler to top it off with vanilla ice cream.
What would you do with the $25,000?While $25,000 is a modest budget for starting a restaurant, I would be focusing on a compelling concept, minimizing costs, and strategically managing resources can lead to a successful venture. I’ll always be prepared to adapt my strategy based on market feedback and financial performance. Doll house kitchen Food truck will be an option as well with the $25,000 but , I’ll focus on building a loyal customer base through exceptional service and quality food.
