Like many, I’ve had some food allergies growing up, so trying to find things that taste awesome without certain ingredients is fun to me! I feel good when I can cook for my kids and knowing what’s in it. And when they eat it, it’s a win! And honestly, I like to show my husband and my dad that I’m a good cook. There’s no true depth to my answers—-But when I cook something delicious , healthy, and everybody eats it, I feel like a champ!!!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?For the holidays, my mom’s Christmas Yule Log! It brings back so many memories, and I know how tickled she’d be if she knew I carried on her tradition. As for comfort food—- Pork schnitzel!!!!
What would you do with the $25,000?Well— the mom and wife in me wants to say I would put it towards getting our basement done… Because our kids have nowhere to play. The fun gal in me would be to go on an adventure with my husband—-somewhere that we would never be able to afford otherwise. We never went on a honeymoon… so those are my two answers!! Maybe I could swing both?
