Who or what inspires you to cook?

Mainly my grandmother and my father. Grammy Mills passed away but she passed on her great cooking to my father and especially my cousin Rab for sure. It’s something we’ve always had and bonded over, our love of cooking and enjoying a good meal. Big Bob (my father) always had on cooking shows and as a Long Islander I am so inspired by Bobby Flay, but love when Chef Carla comes on to take him down.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Tough to say. Love making golumpki because Grammy would, and baked clams like dad does, but probably just a good fried chicken cutlet with some homemade vodka sauce.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Finally build up a small business on the shore where I can be closer to my family.
