My stepfather! He’s a Chef and he saw my desire to learn how to cook from a young age. Through his teachings I learned to create enticing dishes that not only looked great but will take you to a happy place with each bite!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Shrimp and Grits! I take this dish to levels that will have your palette wanting more! This dish pays homage to my southern roots for sure!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would open a business similar to painting with a twist but instead of painting it would be cooking! It would be an experience that consisted of learning a new dish, sipping on a wine of your choice ( if you’re of age),and great music! It would be an atmosphere where people could learn and also have fun!
