Receive Text UpdatesMy Grandmother Ellie and Great Grandmother Blossom were the first to introduce me to food. They were from South Carolina. My mom cooked the basics but she would show off her stuffed green peppers and her tuna casserole. I peek at my coworkers food to gage the different meals that they eat. I even ask to taste it. What's your all time favorite dish to make?My new favorite meal that I think I created because I didn’t see it in a recipe ad, is Chicken Alfredo Lasagna. One day my “Fat Hormones” (that’s what I call it) started tingling and I decided to switch things up in the kitchen. Instead of using tomato sauce, I made lasagna with Alfredo sauce and layered it with fresh spinach and chicken breast. OMG I keep making it for my friends, family and coworkers.
