During the pandemic, I was going through postpartum. So I was indoors during the pandemic some of my friends wanted to eat but didn’t know where because everything was closed. Since I was indoors 24/7 I started cooking food, knowing I haven’t left my apartment and that I was healthy enough to feed everybody. Unfortunately, I had friends that were sad that they were vegan and couldn’t any of my food, but I found a way to make vegan pupusas and make them delicious vegan food!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Obviously Pupusas because I started a whole pupusa pop-up back in 2020 after the pandemic after everybody found out, I was making it from the house.
What would you do with the $25,000?Obviously, open up my restaurant instead of popping up outside in the heat! 🥵
