I always loved cooking but never thought of it as a full time job. I watched cooking shows growing up and would just cook things that I thought sounded good. My greatest supporters are Jane Hertenstein and Sierra Carver who have supported me and encouraged me to keep going! I love the creativity that cooking allows me to show and that there is always something to learn!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Anything Asian! I love making pho, pad Thai, stir fries, curries you name it!
