What's your all time favorite dish to make?I don't think I've made it yet. But I do a Sous Vide egg dish I love kind of a riff on Benedict.
What would you do with the $25,000?Visit my family back in England and look the roots of my food. The rest I would put towards a food truck. And call it London on the move.
