Cooking for others brings me joy, and through each shared meal, I aim to make the world just a little warmer, more welcoming, and more human. That’s what drives me every day as a private chef.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Chicken piccata is my all-time favorite dish to make. It’s simple but delicate, approachable yet elegant. The bright lemon, capers, and buttery sauce create a perfect balance, and it’s a dish best served family-style—meant to be passed, shared, and enjoyed together. It captures everything I love about cooking: warmth, connection, and the joy of bringing people together around the table.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d use the prize to upgrade my kitchen, helping me grow my business and expand my ability to serve group meals to retirement homes and charity organizations. I believe food is a powerful way to connect, and everyone deserves a meaningful meal. This support would allow me to bring more joy, dignity, and shared experiences to my community—creating moments of comfort and connection through food where they’re needed most.
