What's your all time favorite dish to make?There’s something about the way I can make some really good Birria tacos. I come from a South American background which throws people off at first, but I started by selling plates from home & ended up being able to cater 100’s of them at Weddings & even got to cook them for NBA clients. I thought I’d be a corporate Chef but found myself & the greatest parts of my journey with Entrepreneurship with something as simple but so delicious as Birria Tacos
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start my chain Mexican style restaurant by finally being able to purchase a food truck first. I’d be happy finally making such a huge step that I’d drive it to Texas, New York & Cali so everyone could experience the unique flavor in my Tacos! I have so much confidence in my food, but I must admit those tacos are legendary, there’s so much magic in the recipe… so many secrets, so much love
