What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love cooking all kinds of food, but my all-time favorites are BBQ and desserts. There’s something magical about slow-smoked meats—the patience, the flavors, the fire. And desserts? They’re pure joy, a sweet way to end any meal with creativity and delight.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d use the $25,000 to launch my own catering company—investing in equipment, branding, and marketing to turn my passion into a thriving business.
