Receive Text UpdatesI grew up in a Mexican American household filled with Strong Women , Culture , Comida & Corazón. My Mama Grande ( Big Grandma ) had a catering service that I grew up with and into. Seeing her and my Tia Maria put their heart , soul , time , blood , sweat and tears into all they did helped mold my passion for my culture and comida. From that to Sunday’s filled with faith , fellowship and food with the rest of my family will always be an integral part of what I do.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Street Tacos. My grandfather would say wow this boy will make a taco out of anything! It’s the first thing I look for on any menu and the main staple of our quaint familia taqueria.
What would you do with the $25,000?Use it for to help make the business as successful as possible. I haven’t made the best choices in my life and to be able to bless my children with something that can help set them up for their futures would be such a blessing and honor.
