I have grown up around strong women in my family that love to cook. I am inspired by so many different Chefs, I love how Carla Hall believes food brings people together. I look at it the same way. It is an experience to enjoy with family and friends. Top Chef is one of my all time favorite shows, a lot of Chefs from Top Chef have inspired me. Some of the Chefs I look up to are the Voltaggio brothers, Aaron Sanchez, Gordon Ramsey, Brooke Williamson, and Kristen Kish. AND SO MANY MORE!!!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all time favorite dish to make is probably my stuffed Salmon, or my homemade breakfast burritos. My lime Crème Brûlée as well! I know all very different. But some of my favorite items to make, as well as to eat!!!
What would you do with the $25,000?When I went to Culinary School they let me get my LLC and use my own business “twisted decadence” for my externship. My concept was high end breakfast burritos with a twist. I got to focus directly on growing my business, and it ended up being a big success. When food cost sky rocketed it was hard to keep my business going, especially with two kids. If I won the 25,000$ I would get a food truck and hit the ground running! I want this so bad for myself and my family.
