Many people have inspired me to cook, but my biggest inspiration is my mother. I grew up in the kitchen, even at a time when boys weren’t really expected to be there. But all I wanted was to be by her side, watching her cook and create incredible meals. That’s where my love for cooking truly began

I love working with different types, using various techniques, and putting all the care and passion possible into every dish. Fish isn’t just food—it’s a connection to my past, my family, and my love for cooking
What would you do with the $25,000?If I had $25,000, I would use it to build a small house for my mother back home in Mexico. Everything I have today is thanks to her—her love, her teachings, and the way she made me fall in love with cooking. This would be my way of saying, ‘Thank you, Mom, for everything you’ve done for me.’ Of course, no amount of money could ever fully express my gratitude, but this would be a meaningful way to give back to the person who has given me so much
