My grandmother Linda inspired me to start cooking. My first Job was working with her in the kitchen of a restaurant called the kickapoo inn. From there I've been working in kitchens ever since. Hearing and seeing people reactions to a meal I created for them definitely continues to drive my passion for the art of cooking.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My favorite dish to make of all time is a dish called Jägerschnitzel. Its a German dish I first tasted at my grandparents house. Giving the dish extra meaning for me every bites tastes like home. The dish consists of rounded thin pork cutlets that are breaded, fried, and topped with a lovely brown mushroom gravy.
What would you do with the $25,000?What would I do with the $25,000? Well I'm in the process of fixing up my first house so I'd use it to help fund my kitchen repairs and remodel. Also maybe a smoker for the new home.
