My cherished food memory revolves around cooking alongside my mother. As a child, she introduced me to the kitchen, steering me away from outdoor play and toward culinary adventures at the tender age of eight. Back then, I failed to grasp the significance of knife skills, but little did I know they would become invaluable. Throughout my culinary journey, my mother has remained a steadfast presence by my side. One poignant recollection stands out: cooking Sunday dinner together.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all-time favorite dish infused curry chicken with jasmine rice.
What would you do with the $25,000?I will open Brick and mortar for my private chef company Onyiyechi. Our company is also in the process of building planning for Workforce and Chef Academy Center in Nigeria, Ghana etc…in order to provide working abroad experience for foreigners, through Global Partnership.
