My husband Don, who loves to eat and he supported me as I wrote my cookbook while holding a full-time job; and my family and friends who are part of the Bitchin‘ Twisted Heart Sistas, a virtual cooking group I set up at the onset of COVID. We share recipes, cooking insights, and love. This group inspires me to keep learning and creating dishes and to look out for 6 wonderful Sistas.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Chicken Paprikash … as a first-Generation Canadian, it represents my cultural heritage (German, Serbian, Croatian, Austrian, Hungarian) and it consists of only 5 ingredients. Everyone who eats this dish is astounding by how delicious it tastes with such few ingredients.
What would you do with the $25,000?My sister and I have always wanted to go to cooking school in Italy, so maybe I would use the money for that. Or, I would divide the money among the 7 Bitchin‘ Twisted 🩵 Heart Sistas and we will all go to a cooking school.
